Without "green" could not do

After the end of the round table about the role of civil society in the election process, we went outside, reached Gorky Park (our round table passed in the building opposite).

We waited at the central gate of all those who might want to join our tour. At this time, TV presenter Tatyana Lazareva and journalist Sergei Parkhomenko talked with journalists and participants in the walk.

Our two hundred people gathered. For Rostov, this is a lot, because in the "Strategy -31" a person is involved, a public library where our "occupy" is taking place, also ten people come, and at rallies at the peak itself, it was gathered for a fifty thousand. But this is understandable: many wanted to talk with Tatyana, a famous person, directly, people joined on our walk on the go.

The route ran through Gorky Park and Pushkinskaya Street to the public library. Suddenly some people of a bomzhevnaya look appeared. Three people. They were dressed in disposable robes, their faces were covered with medical masks. These people began to shout out insults against our guests, something like: “Muscovites, drive” ... However, I did not remember their text, including obsceneity, because I was most worried that they climbed into the crowd and directly to Tatyana. I can’t say anything, but it seemed to me that they were not sober. The remaining participants in the walk, calm and friendly people, just tried to ignore them.

Then my colleagues on the project began to call me the volunteers of the "observer citizen" who at that time conducted a sociological survey. It turns out that the district police officer approached them, began to check their documents and at the same time insisted that the guys were engaged in some kind of illegal activity. We hurried to them, I began to ask the lawyers who walked with us to help the guys. The crowd surrounded sociologists and the district police officer.

And so, when the district police officer lagged behind them (rewritten passport data), at that moment someone threw a bag with Tatyana with a “green” under his feet. I didn’t even see who it was, then eyewitnesses told me that it was generally some teenagers-they threw and fled. In Tatyana, the sneakers were covered with green dots, and a green spot appeared on my bare legs. Then it was a spot that did not wash off two days later, the only employee of the administration, who came to our round table and our walk, Alexander Shcherbakov, tried to wipe away. True, he emphasized in every possible way that he came more out of curiosity - to look at Tatyana that he wanted to talk with us just as a citizen, that no one sent him, that is, he talked not as an official. I was very pleased that he came - after all, it inspires the hope that sooner or later there would be a dialogue.

Meanwhile, taking advantage of the presence of the district police officers, the crowd decided to hand over three provocateurs to the policeman - the only guard of the law enforcement that was there. We tried to call the police a little earlier, but no one came to us. That is, our call was simply ignored. The provocateurs in robes were handed over, and they told about their swearing, a violation of public order. And what did the district police officer do? He talked with them aside, and after a few minutes these provocateurs again stuck to us - he did not even check their documents. On actions, or rather inaction, the district police officer, we are going to file a collective complaint with the prosecutor's office. After all, that the authorities knew about the action are evidenced by my challenge to the prosecutor’s office and the presence of employees of the “E” center, who were shooting during the walk.

The guys from other movements later told me that they photographed these "homeless people" next to some young people before a walk ... They talked there, maybe they received instructions, and then went to us.

The behavior of these provocateurs and a bomb with a green, of course, left an unpleasant solution. Tatyana did not understand why she was offended, spoiled the sneakers why the police did not react. And we, the inhabitants of Rostov, who met guests, were somehow embarrassed for the behavior of provocateurs and authorities. But in general, I think she liked the walk. The guys involved in the protection of cultural heritage, historical monuments held an excellent tour for Moscow guests.

I feel a little sorry that because I spent the whole morning in the prosecutor’s office, I could not talk to Tatyana in an informal setting. And it’s sad for me that we are making attempts to dialogue with the authorities-we hold out a hand, invite you to our round table, and they not only ignore us, but also try to make us some extremists, put up an orange threat. It should be explained here that, of course, we are all the time “they” and “power”, but these are still a lot of people with different interests, sometimes even opposite. I do not think that there is some coordination of actions against us between the prosecutor's office, the police, the administration, but the total vector, the sum of their efforts is some kind of sum of nonsense, provocation. The authorities, abandoning the dialogue, push people to more radical performances. And I sincerely do not understand why they are doing this. In our country, in our region, any radicalization is very dangerous.
