Penza has approved the procedure for relocating citizens from dilapidated social housing

The procedure for the resettlement of citizens from dilapidated and dilapidated housing, occupied, including under social tenancy agreements, was approved during an extraordinary session of the Penza City Duma on Friday, June 1. According to the document, citizens occupying residential premises under social tenancy agreements in apartment buildings recognized as unsafe and subject to demolition, upon relocation, will be provided with residential premises under a social tenancy agreement, the area of which exceeds the total area of the residential premises being resettled by no more than 15 square meters. meters. Owners of residential premises, which are a one-room apartment or a room in a communal apartment and the only dwelling, will, by agreement with them, be provided with a one-room apartment in return. In this case, the difference in the cost of residential premises will not be charged. Owners of residential premises that are the only dwelling, but not a one-room apartment or a room in a shared kitchen, will be provided with no additional payment to residential premises, the area of which exceeds the total area of the residential premises being resettled by no more than 15 square meters. meters. For the remaining area, an additional payment will be charged based on the cost per square meter established by order of the Ministry of Regional Development of the Russian Federation, which currently amounts to 26 thousand 250 rubles. As Alexey Agafilov, head of the city housing and communal services department, explained during the session, the implementation of this program requires 15 million 312 thousand rubles, of which 11 million rubles are already included in the budget. According to deputies, this decision is made in favor of socially vulnerable layers of citizens.
