Entrepreneur from Saratov Marina Shulyak was arrested, despite the hospitalization

Saratov entrepreneur, director of Arkada-S CJSC Marina Shulyak was arrested last Saturday by the Oktyabrsky District Court for two months. The decision was made as part of the criminal investigation at the request of a citizen, who allegedly did not receive a share 7 years ago when leaving the shareholders of Arkada-S CJSC. During the meeting, Shulyak became ill, and in a pre -trial detention center, an ambulance took her. At the same time, investigators Shulyak detained right in the hospital bed. Earlier, Shulyak, among a number of other Saratov entrepreneurs, complained to the Russian Investigative Committee of the Saratov Police, in particular, pressure and torture. However, criminal cases were instituted against the entrepreneurs themselves after the complaint. During the interrogation, which was carried out by the deputy chief of the criminal police Sergey Poltanov, Shulyak became ill, and she was hospitalized with a heart attack. Despite this, two weeks after hospitalization, the investigation decided to detain Shulyak. The video shows how the investigator Alexander Lukyanov arrived at the hospital, who could not explain the reasons for hard measures. During the court session, where fate was decided on the measure of suppression, Shulyak became bad again, she lost consciousness, and the ambulance took her. Despite this, the court decided to send an entrepreneur in a pre -trial detention center for two months.

As Rosbalt previously reported, 10 days ago, Marina Shulyak, through her lawyers, sent a statement to the prosecutor and the head of the regional SU of the Investigative Committee, in which she said that the regional police management demanded that she slander a number of citizens who have personal scores. As stated in the statements, this was demanded from Shulyak during the interrogation of the deputy chief of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Saratov region, Colonel Poltanov, who at the same time refused a seriously ill woman who had recently undergone a complex heart surgery, in calling an ambulance, a lawyer and even taking medication, insulted her and threatened her with reprisination. In her statement, Marina Shulyak asked to bring Colonel Poltanova to criminal liability.

She also stated that she has no reason to make a reservation of any person. At the same time, Marina Shulyak notified the regional regional prosecutor and the head of the regional Investigative Committee of the Investigative Committee, that "... if after May 22, 2012, the day of writing this statement, my testimonies will appear in the materials, different from those that I gave earlier, it means that they were received from me under the pressure of my life."

Earlier, Marina Shulyak asked the leadership of the TFR to conduct an objective investigation of the facts of the illegal activities of the Saratov Regional Police. The appeal of Shulyak and other Saratov entrepreneurs was supported by fifteen deputies of the State Duma of the Russian Federation, who sent collective requests to the head of the TFR Alexander Bastrykin, and later - the prosecutor general Yuri Chaika and the new head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Vladimir Kolokoltsev, with a request to investigate the facts of the use of torture and other undergoing methods of conducting the State University of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Saratov region, participation Police in raider seizures of property and criminal pressure on citizens.
