Leader of the Yabloko party was released from the police

The leader of the Yabloko party, Sergei Mitrokhin, previously detained with other participants in the rally against the bill on increasing fines for violations on mass shares, was released from the police. This was told by Interfax lawyer Nikolai Polozov.

According to Polozov, Mitrokhin drew up a protocol with witnesses under an article on a violation of the established procedure for a mask event.

Earlier, other detained protesters were released.

Mitrokhin and at least 10 participants in the “festivities” against the new bill on rallies were detained on Wednesday evening in the center of Moscow. Protesters walked near the Moscow Hotel in white T -shirts with the inscription "Law on rallies - the path to the fascist state." The police demanded to remove T -shirts, the participants in the action refused, and they began to detain them.
