The law on rallies has been signed. And I like my own idea more and more - to temporarily cancel the rallies after the fact. It is necessary to coordinate them en masse, take up time from officials, delay the police and paddy wagons... and cancel the rally a few hours before the start. It makes sense to do this en masse, in a row: agree, cancel, reconcile and not go out for a certain period until other forms of expression of protest become clear. You can hold a rally, a couple of activists come with a sign like “we are not protecting you, we are honest, we did not steal 300,000,” stand peacefully and leave. It is necessary to stop externally all political activity, to bring the situation to the point of absurdity, maybe for a couple of months.

And to pump up the situation with information - that we exist, everyone who is for fair elections! We are here, just wait a little! This is the most important component.

Well, in parallel - filing lawsuits in the Constitutional Court and searching for other methods of legal expression of their protest. Many methods have already been written about, so I won’t repeat them.
