The text of the "Manifesto of Free Russia" is agreed upon

The leaders of the protest movement agreed on the text of the Manifesto of Free Russia , which should be accepted at the rally on June 12. "The people have a legal right to a peaceful mass protest in order to provide pressure on power and its change," the manifesto says, the text of which was at the disposal of "faces".

The purpose of the "peaceful anti -criminal revolution", which began in December last year, was declared the dismantling of the Putin dictatorship and "changes at all levels in the interests of all citizens." It is emphasized that "the protection of political freedoms is inextricably linked with the struggle for social and economic rights."

The document refers to the need to increase a peaceful protest in all forms, including civil disobedience campaigns. Coordinating councils, consisting of representatives of various political forces and civil society and elected according to a transparent procedure, through open voting, will be engaged in the preparation of protesting shares.

For a “transition from the dictatorship of thieves to democracy”, a dialogue of the most critical part of the ruling class and the masses is necessary, including through the mechanism of the round table, the manifesto says. "We strive to make a transition process to the new state power smooth and avoid public upheavals. We consider it necessary to dismantle the political structure within the framework of the current constitution," the document says.

The manifesto lists seven steps to "create fundamental, fundamental political, legal, moral foundations of society and the state in Russia." This is the resignation of Vladimir Putin, honest elections to the parliament according to the new rules, the reform of the Constitution, which reduces the presidential term and expanding the powers of the parliament, the adoption of new laws on the election of the president, governors and local authorities, as well as the law on lustration in judicial and law enforcement systems.
