The case of the "Primorsky partisans" will be considered by the jury. According to Interfax, the defendants filed on Wednesday at the preliminary meeting corresponding to the Primorsky Regional Court. The first meeting in the case is scheduled for July 9, it will be open, but without photo and video shooting at the request of the accused.

At the preliminary meeting, the defense of the accused also requested the return of the criminal case for the investigation. This petition was dismissed. According to some articles of the prosecution, the criminal prosecution of the accused was terminated in connection with the expiration of the statute of limitations.

The investigation in the case of the so -called "Primorsky partisans" - six young people accused of attacks on police officers - ended in September 2011. Most of the defendants partially pleaded guilty. In total, investigators found about 30 separate crimes in their activities.

A number of armed attacks on police officers were committed in Primorye from February to May 2010. According to the investigation, all these crimes are the work of the hands of one group, which included eight people. Six of them are in custody, two died during the detention.
