
The police demanded to initiate an administrative case of slander against two residents of Perm, detained on Tuesday at a rally. "On the fact of using the slogans of the slanderous detention, put forward by two detainees, the police sent materials to the prosecutor's office of the Leninsky district of Perm to make a decision to initiate an administrative case under Article 5.60. The Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (slander)," the website of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Perm Territory.
According to Dixinews, the police demanded to remove posters with the words "Putin against the Russian people. Russia - Russian power!" And "Putin is a thief!". The author of the second poster, the coordinator of the civil movement "Perm observer" Maxim Zhilin refused to fulfill the requirement, as a result of which he was detained. In total, four participants in the action were detained, they are threatened with fines under Article 20.2 (violation of the rules of the rally).
The fourth opposition was detained after the end of the action, when, according to the police, he "publicly called for the mass movement of citizens to the police department to establish the reasons for the detention of their supporters."
The size of the fine under an article on slander is for individuals from two to three thousand rubles, a fine for violations of Article 20.2 - from 10 to 20 thousand rubles.
The action in Perm took place on Tuesday as a sign of solidarity with the Million-2 march in Moscow. She was agreed with the authorities. Several hundred people participated in it. They walked from Komsomolskaya Square to Lenin Street, then the rally continued at the monument to the "Walking Bear".
