Presidential webcams demonstrated the electoral criminalism in a single area

Recently, voices have been increasingly sounding that the slogans of the protest movement “For honest elections” and “Putin resigned” have lost their relevance. The State Duma is in no hurry. And Putin is more likely to resign us all, which will go away.

However, elections of various levels will be held in the near future. The guarantee of honesty is the punishment of those who were engaged in falsifications in the past elections, i.e. presidential. The desired result is achieved, as you know, with two fixed assets: administrative resource and direct falsification. The administrative resource is not a criminal offense, but falsification must be proved. And such an opportunity seems to have appeared. At least in the Ruzsky district of the Moscow region.

With the help of webcams established by the direction of candidate No. 1, it was possible to detect unprecedented in scale and arrogance of falsification. The resident of the village of Tuchkovo, Ruzsky district, Viktor Alksnis, found falsification. State Duma deputy from 1999 to 2007. A very famous, although not unambiguous political figure. In 2009, Alksnis ran for the post of head of the Ruzsky district, and, in his opinion, he won in most polling stations of the Ruzsky district. However, the current head of the United Russia district Oleg Yakunin was recognized as the winner. On March 14, 2010, in the election of the head of the city settlement of Tuchkovo, he again won, and convincingly: 42% of the vote against 18% of the candidate from United Russia. But Alksnis was not allowed into power, and under a far -fetched pretext, the results of the elections were invalidated.

And in the presidential election, it all started with the fact that on one of the sections of temporary stay in the Ruzsky district on March 4 there were no observers, except for United Russia. And in this section, Putin scored 98.04%. These “Chechen” results, of course, became resonant news.

Alksnis turned, on such an unprecedented occasion, to the leader of Yabloko, Sergei Mitrokhin. Mitrokhin - to the president. The President gave an instruction to the CIK. The CEC instructed to understand the regional election commission. The regional commission made a statement that it would understand, and that was all over. Then Viktor Alksnis decided to find out himself, due to what and whom Putin received such a fantastic result. This is what he says:

“On the site, according to the final protocol, only 102 people voted. I decided to figure it out using a video from a webcam. Until 17.58 there was not a single voter. After 18 hours, the mass voting of the “carousel” begins. <...> Webcams recorded that for the whole day they received ballots in this area and lowered them into the urn of only 22 people, and according to the final protocol-102, i.e. 80 ballots were simply thrown. In total, in this area, using a webcam, it was possible to identify 18 “carousel” immediately.

Victor Alksnis: “I collected data on 38 sections of 39. During the study of the video, I already revealed 49“ carousel ”<...> these are young guys and girls, obviously students who moved from plot to the site and with the assistance of the precinct election commissions who illegally issued them the ballots, threw them into urns.”

And in all, the “sweet couple” for the whole day webcams recorded in ten polling stations. Each “carousel” visited from 5 to 10 sites, there are “leaders” among them, which voted in one site several times.

Another pattern identified with the help of webcams. All “carousel” approached a certain member of the commission in each of the sites.

It is difficult to say how many were thrown: a thousand, two thousand? Usually, each "carousel" throws from 1 to 5 ballots at a time. But this is not so important. It can be asserted that in the Ruzsky district of the Moscow region only “carousel” in support of V. Putin, about 10% of the total number of voters were thrown.

Oleg Shein, requiring the cancellation of the mayor’s elections in Astrakhan on the basis of information from the webcam, submitted data on violations mainly “procedural in nature”, and 342 facts of stuffing in the Ruzsky district are drawn to full criminal offenses.
