Investigators returned to the TV presenter Ksenia Sobchak her foreign passport. According to RIA Novosti, this was announced by lawyer Henry Reznik, representing the interests of the TV presenter. On Friday, Sobchak was again summoned for interrogation as a witness in the case of riots on the Moscow Bolotnaya Square on May 6. "Ksenia Sobchak was returned to her foreign passport. According to the law, money should be returned in the very near future," Reznik said, leaving the Sobchak from the SKR building. Having left the building of the Investigative Committee in Balakirevsky Lane, Sobchak said that during the interrogation she was surprised by the first question of the investigator. "I was asked about whether I know something about the embedded bomb in the building of the Investigative Committee," the TV presenter said.

On June 11, investigators seized more than 1 million euros, 480 thousand dollars and 480 thousand rubles from a TV presenter. The TFR reported that a tax audit was appointed, designed to find out if taxes were paid from this amount. Now experts are checking the authenticity of bills.

On Friday, Ilya Yashin and Boris Nemtsov were also questioned, passing in witnesses in the case of Bolotnaya. The coordinator of the Left Front Sergei Udaltsov was interrogated in the Simonov inter -district investigative department in connection with the incident with the NTV journalist. All questioned are released, their procedural status has not changed.

The interrogation of Yashin lasted more than three hours, he was asked 55 questions. After interrogation, he said that his status in the framework of the criminal case remained the same - the witness. “The fears that they will be declared to the suspects today and have been detained, he was not confirmed, he wrote on his blog.“ Yesterday’s information about possible arrest clearly pursued the goal of provoking my escape from the country. This would worsen the situation of all the other criminal cases and destroy my reputation: I would not be going to run away again, even if I had a threat of arrest. ” Earlier, Yashin reported that in the court order of the court he appears as a suspect. In an interview with the Rain television channel on Thursday, he stated, citing a “reliable journalist who has a source in the investigation” that he could be arrested in the near future.

During the previous interrogation, Yashin and Sobchak refused to testify as witnesses, referring to the 51th article of the Constitution.

The interrogation of Nemtsov began later and ended at about nine in the evening. “Five and a half hours were interrogated, I was asked about 50 questions dedicated to May 6,” Nemtsov said. The politician called the searches and interrogations "the campaign to intimidate the opposition," Radio Liberty reports . Nevertheless, he admitted that investigators behaved quite correctly and professionally. Nemtsov noted that the technique seized earlier during the search has not yet been returned. "I was hoping that they would return the computer to me, but in connection with today's emergency in the building of the Investigative Committee, they did not return anything," he said.

Earlier on Friday, the official representative of the Investigative Committee, Vladimir Markin, said that some of the defendants in the riots in Bolotnaya Square may go from witnesses to the suspects. The department reported that interrogations and detention were ongoing.

The investigation in the case of Bolotnaya was extended until November 6. The case was opened under Articles 212 (participation in the riots) and 318 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (the application of violence to a representative of the authorities). So far, 13 people were detained in the case, among them anarchists, activists of the left and nationalist organizations. In the case, one woman was detained - 18 -year -old Alexander Dukhanin, she was imprisoned under house arrest until July 6. The remaining suspects of the court decision are placed in custody.
