Alexander Bosykh will create an institute of public censure

The first project of the Orthodox nationalist Alexander Bosykh as head of the government commission for building youth policy in an interethnic aspect will be the creation of an institution of public censure. “It is needed so that representatives of diasporas condemn their cattle for attacks,” Bosykh told Publicpost.

According to the Barefoot plan, influential people of the Moscow diaspora will publicly condemn hooligans from their diaspora and force them to apologize to the indigenous residents. “It’s customary among Caucasians - if an authority scolds, it has a strong impact. Russians don’t have this,” explains Bosykh.

The author of the idea says that there is a stereotype: in the Caucasian diasporas they always rescue their criminals. This is exactly what he wants to correct, to undermine the confidence of visiting hooligans that they will stand up for them. “This is also beneficial for diasporas - they will not look like a bunch of bandits in the eyes of the people,” Bosykh is sure.

The institute will consist of a monitoring group, a response group and negotiators. Diaspora authorities will condemn hooligans on a public platform: in the media, at press conferences. Work on creating the institute will begin at the end of August.
