It doesn’t matter whether E. Akbulatov’s share in kickbacks, ineffective use of budget funds, inflicting losses through the fault of the region’s leadership is obvious. This must be recognized, repented and part of the losses compensated (this is 100 million rubles each from E. Akbulatov, L. Kuznetsov and 300 million rubles from A.
