Observing Putin’s last “personnel decisions”, I finally got rid of doubts that the domestic policy pursued by this person (free or involuntarily - another question, but I am inclined to the version that completely consciously and purposefully) pushes Russia no less to the deployment of a large -scale conflict between various social groups of Russian citizens. Yes, we are talking about a possible civil war.

What do we see? Putin clearly and openly supports those “figures” who, in their statements and/or actions, express extreme rejection, almost hatred, to Putin’s opponents and, most importantly, are ready to go in their struggle with the leader’s enemies opponents of the “national leader” right up to physical reprisal. This is, of course, about Igor Kholmanski , who became known by which he proposed on the air to “come with men to Moscow” and “restore order there”, referring to the acceleration of mass demonstrations of the opposition, and now also about Alexander Bosykh , known as his not just reactionary, but with pro -fascist views . The first, as you know, was appointed Putin to the position of his envoy to the Ural Federal District, and the second, I am sure, not without the coordination of his candidacy with Putin, headed the government commission to build youth policy in the interethnic aspect.

It should also be reminded of the statements of Putin’s press secretary Dmitry Peskov with him to “smear the liver [opposition] on asphalt” and awarding riot police who were injured in the events of May 6 in Bolotnaya Square, apartments in Moscow. Again, personally Putin, "sovereign mercy."

Behind such support of the odious "figures" who offer (and, in the case of barefoot, and applying) in the fight against opponents of the authorities, to put it mildly, inadequate and illegal methods, their direct and obvious approval by Putin personally is observed. In their person, a unambiguous message is sent to the company on the part of the authorities: "For extrajudicial reprisals with the enemies of the president, any of you will not be responsible in accordance with the law, but posts, apartments and other privileges. FAS!". This should spur "new guardsmen", hungry to the authorities, privileges and not burdened by any moral standards, but still doubt their own impunity. Now they will not have to doubt it. After all, Putin showed that he is definitely on their side.
