The volume of invested funds from the beginning of construction amounted to 8.946 billion rubles, including 74.2%from the Omsk Region budget, 25.8%from the budget of the Russian Federation.

So, in the load for fast driving, Omsk will receive a crush in wagons and a threat to fall from the platform.

And at such a pace of reduction in the depth of the occurrence, you see, at the exit from the multi-billion dollar project, they will not receive the metro at all and not even the metro, but an ordinary tram, at best speed.

What will the “bridge” will do, setting in Omsk its mayor, it is easy to guess.

The fact is that the subsidiary of Mostovik is the Management Organization of the Housing and Public Utilities Service, on a contract with 1170 houses.

This astronomical, by the standards of the Russian Federation, the figure brings income to Dvorakovsky himself (co -owner of the company) and his son (head of the company).

With such a monstrous number of houses (in Moscow, the record holders barely reach 200) the number of personnel of the company does not allow timely and efficiently maintain and repair the housing stock. The entrances of houses are sloppy, not lit, do not clean and simply stink.

Until recently, the management of houses was based on a contract of validity of 5 years, according to which the company pledged to provide owners with housing and utilities. Very quickly, UO “Housing and Public Utilities Service” removed the obligations to provide utilities and responsibility for their quality, imposing paying to citizens directly to resource supplying organizations.

Contrary to logic, this did not reduce the costs of citizens to the services of LLC “Housing and Public Utilities”. On the contrary, the 20% of the “For Management” fee guaranteed by the agreement was added to the payment of services under the contract-supply between housing and communal services and resource suppliers.

At the same time, the salary of the housing apparatus "Housing and Utilities" Service "is not taken from these 20%, but of the remaining 80% of the fee for maintaining and repairing housing!

As the inhabitants explained to us, sometimes there is one copy in the house - at the older house. It’s almost impossible to get a copy to the owner.

According to the head of the regional Society for the Protection of Consumer Rights V.N. Kuznetsova, the company's management is distinguished by rudeness, rudeness, disrespect for residents. They refuse to talk with them, write down for an appointment, they are threatened. For a meeting with the representatives of the apple, one of the elders in the house was threatened and insulting.

The richest company of the city is rare. Receipts are scraps of paper with a font that can only be read with a magnifier. The field required by law for a payment of payment is absent.
