United Russia member Dvorakovsky won the mayoral elections in Omsk with a turnout of about 17%

The elections for the mayor of Omsk were recognized as completed and valid; based on the results of processing 100% of the ballots, the candidate from the United Russia party, Vyacheslav Dvorakovsky, won, gaining 49.35% of the votes.

“The commission made a decision and approved the protocol - Vyacheslav Dvorakovsky was elected as the new mayor of Omsk. These are approved results, not operational ones. All decisions have been made,” the chairman of the city election commission, Tamara Povelyaykina, told reporters on Monday, June 18.

According to her, second place went to Viktor Zharkov from the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, who received the support of 28.97% of voters, the top three is closed by Irina Overina from A Just Russia with 6.40%. Then follow Alexander Korotkov from Yabloko - 4.23%, self-nominated Sergei Maslenkov - 3.82%, Igor Antropov - 2.95%, and in last place is Yan Zelinsky from the LDPR.
