The Ministry of Defense creates territorial administrations to facilitate the military procedure for obtaining housing

The Minister of Defense Anatoly Serdyukov issued an order according to which four large federal government administrations will be created in the Ministry of Defense, in which the constituent entities of the Russian Federation will be included on a territorial basis - the innovation is designed to facilitate the military procedure for receiving housing, Kommersant writes.

According to the newspaper, the Ministry of Defense prepared a new scheme in response to criticism by President Vladimir Putin on the provision of military personnel with housing. According to the source of the publication, the order of the Minister of Defense preceded the relevant order of President Vladimir Putin.

Serdyukov ordered to create territorial departments in the department until June 15, which, in turn, should be part of the regional departments. In total, it is planned to create four large federal government.

The Western FSU with the head department will be located in St. Petersburg (there will be 21 subjects in it), the southern one in Rostov -on -Don (10 subjects), the central - in Yekaterinburg (23 subjects) and the eastern - in Khabarovsk (4 subjects).

"Governmenting is one of the most serious claims to the Ministry of Defense, they were given an instruction to solve this issue as soon as possible," the interlocutor of the publication in the presidential administration said.

The interlocutor of the newspaper emphasized that if this scheme does not work, then the military will again have to urgently look for a way out of this situation, since "discontent from the president is quite strong."

“This scheme was created in a big haste, so it will not be possible to guarantee its work immediately. It will soon be launched, and all flaws will be corrected after,” a source close to the housing department explained to the publication.

Earlier, Anatoly Serdyukov asked the Ministry of Finance to increase budget expenditures by four times until 2014 for the construction of housing for the military - from 94.5 billion to 366.7 billion rubles.
