Special suit for North Caucasians

A resident of Dagestan, Karimulakh Magomedov, recently registered in Surgut. He was given a special form to fill out, which is intended for “Persons arriving from the North Caucasus region.” On Facebook, Karimullah writes: “I ask the passport officer how long has this law been, she said they recently received such an order from the Federal Migration Service.”

I wonder if there are similar forms for people who come from other regions? I doubt. For some reason, our, God forgive me, politicians like to argue that the State Department wants to destroy the great Russia. In my opinion, they do it very well themselves.
