Muscovites are not against the rallies and shares of the opposition, rather the opposite. And also the data of the “Levada Center” show that residents of the capital do not trust the power of rhetoric about rallies at all. That is, the authorities again do not respond to a public request, which provokes distrust of itself and dissatisfaction.
The motivation for authorities who are trying to limit the right of citizens to carry out rallies almost anywhere, of course, is a fiction in its pure form. “Outraged citizens from neighboring houses” (well, neighboring “occupies”) that they complained about noise and garbage, bloggers and media immediately began to catch the hand, telling the readers that “Cossacks were sent” and did not apparently have any relation to the local residents.
Meanwhile, sociologists even found out that Muscovites have almost no rejection in relation to the forms of protest activity. During the recently conducted survey, the Levada Center found that 64 percent of Muscovites did not experience any inconvenience that the opposition was holding its shares in the center of Moscow. And another 15 percent considered that problems with garbage and noise were invented by the authorities in order to prevent protest actions. “Serious problems” saw for themselves in shares only three percent of the respondents.
Moreover, the attitude to shares is not at all so unanimous, but in general almost as calm. 18 percent reacted to shares with approval, another 18 with interest. 21 percent replied that the opposition shares are indifferent to them, 15 - that they do not share the positions of the participants, but advocate their right to hold. 5 percent of the action are “tired”, 7 percent believe that a protesting should express their dissatisfaction in another way and simply relate to shares disapprovingly.
But the new “antimiting” fines (see the “antimiting” tariff ) did not find understanding from Muscovites. 28 percent more negatively negatively reacted to them, rather negatively - 39 more. The share of supporting fines is much less: only 8 percent relate to them, rather positively - another 11.68 percent of the respondents suggested that these fines are evidence of fear of protest activity.
Of course, it is necessary to make a discount that a resident of the South Tushino or North Butovo districts all these “occupy” (see “Seliger on its own” ) and marches should not interfere if he does not bring him a small space in Moscow on the indicated day, where it all passes. But the general complacency of citizens of the capital should please the Protestants, and the authorities have a reason for serious thoughts and even adjustments, if not a political strategy, then certainly methods for responding to protest performances.
Yes, once there was an omnipotent TV, but now in the capital it has left almost the whole, having lost, it seems, already the palm of the championship of an alternative Internet or there is a radio, where power, in the words of the current president, is “watered with diarrhea”. And all these mummers “ordinary citizens” worked, but for some reason, for some reason, now they are now less, or even no.
For this, some hot heads from among the opposition call our power almost occupational. There is an exaggeration in this, perhaps, the authorities and exerts all sorts of opposition to the opposition to the atrocities of the Pro Bono Publico things. It is likely that the crowds of raging football fans or political radicals on Moscow streets would not like not only the authorities, but also the townspeople themselves.
However, by their decisions, the authorities, incapable of them to properly motivate and discuss them, go across a public request. Thus provoking distrust and even discontent. The rejection of the fines adopted by the impact on the protest march on June 12, the incorrectly selected words about the “small denyuzhka”, which, according to Vladimir Putin, was paid to the audience on Bolotnaya Square on December 10, they cause almost a hundred -thousand -thousandth rally on Academician Sakharov Avenue - examples can be multiplied.
The society is studying, at the very least, to formulate a request to the authorities. And someday he will learn to do it quite clearly. Yes, he lacks for this instruments (not to consider the same caricature political parties or the self -proclaimed “swamp leaders”), but we must think that the tools will appear. The same rallies can also be perceived for the tool.
And the most unpleasant does not understand why to do this. After all, some hundred thousand (or how much did the Central Internal Affairs Directorate count with the first channel?), And against them 100 million workers, bureaucrats and workers sat down, and all for power. He does not understand - we will tell. If you do not satisfy the public request at all, then it will inevitably “be radicalized” and even expanded. And then the day may come (at least the risks of this scenario are increasing), when millions will come to the Square of Russian Cities, including the President Nizhny Tagil’s heart, and the Putin -Leave the requirement on their creative posters will be one of the softest. Which is bad not only for the authorities, but not very good for the country.
