The head of the "Leaders of the Bolotnaya"

The persecution of the “opposition leaders” is already reminiscent of the power paranoia. First, searches for people who are weakly involved in the riots on May 6, now even criminal cases. There is an impression that this is just a failure of the system. They said from the high office to “figure out”, security officials and other officials “understand”. Almost "Gongadze's head" in Russian.

The current persecution of opposition activists raises a lot of questions. Firstly, the questions are caused by the subject of the raids. When the Investigative Committee conducted searches the day before the largest opposition rally, it was elementary not clear - and in honor of what? And it seems to be interesting - and Bastrykin, the head of the Investigative Committee, the problems with the New Gazeta and the deputy Khinshtein (and the searches are a successful reason to switch attention), and the rally (preventive intimidation). But when the “Kommersant-Vlast” sources in various organs say that both the rally and searches are a pure coincidence in time, then it does not work out to be subject to normal conspiracyology.

On May 6, riots happened in the area of ​​Bolotnaya Square in Moscow, and the high authorities demanded to figure it out.

Further, the signals rushed along a variety of lines - the investigators are only one of them. There are other security forces, and quite non -combatants in the management of domestic politics. And whose initiative in each case they know definitely only in a particular department. TFR conducts searches - but is this definitely not the order of Putin himself? You can't say it right away.

But when the deputies of State Duma Ilya Ponomarev, Gennady and Dmitry Gudkov try to arrange troubles along the Duma line, this is more likely the initiative of the presidential administration - they are trying to manage the deputies as they can. The troubles noticed in the rally activity are promised to the people's deputies due to performances at rallies, and Ponomarev additionally for the transformation of unauthorized shares into “meetings of voters with a deputy” (this was the case at once). Only here is who the final customer is strongly incomprehensible. Power is understandable, but who is specifically from the authorities?

And it seems that the Duma commission on ethics should already be sat down, designed to solve (or “solve”) what sanctions should be applied to depository deputies. And still there is no final understanding - on which floor of the Russian government all this is conceived. A great resentment of Vladimir Putin, who realized that the authorities literally slip away from his hands and should be defended? The initiative of Sergey Ivanov or Vyacheslav Volodin? The arbitrariness of the clerks of his administration? But if so, what does the Investigative Committee have to do with it? And why suddenly the police and the FSB suddenly took part in the searches - the riots are serious and, rather, in their part.

And when the scandal with the export of Novaya Gazeta journalist is already settled into the forest, it seems that there is no point in continuing the searches of opposition. However, things are going on - and today the Investigative Committee said that he charged under the article on calling for the non -notorious requirements of representatives of the authorities and riots to activist Maria Baronova.

Actually, Baronova is a strange activist. Unlike the rest of the activists searched by the UK, until December she did not participate in any protest movement: she did not go to the triumphant on the 31st number, nor the leaflet did not give out. And as they say, she came to the rally after the elections, hearing about the election violations. Since then, I have stayed with the opposition. A harmless girl, mother, well, maybe a little emotional. It is definitely not able to “take the Kremlin” or do something that is called to the right- and left-winged activists. Meanwhile, the whole thing and even a subscription about the wizard (mindful of Pussy Riot, thanks for not arrest).

In all this movement with the searches of supposedly instigators of unrest in the Bolotnaya Square area, on May 6, of course, an imperious order is seen.

Only now he is formulated by those who formulated him (conditional Vladimir Putin), fuzzy. As a result, it turns out that when descending to the level of performers, familiar to this or that organ of practice begin to reproduce. “Claim with protests” for the TFR - to conduct detentions, searches and arrests from the most iconic persons (“leaders of the swamp group”), for the police - preliminary conversations with everyone who managed to detain earlier, to manage domestic politics - the snugging of entrusted deputies and so on.

Proceedings (for the authorities, for the opposition and these troubles are enough) in the fact that the control system is crookedly configured.

What does costs mean, sometimes incomparable with the very opportunity to exercise authority.

There is one magnificent case in this score in the country close to us in the spirit of the country - Ukraine. It is called the "head of journalist Gongadze." The story is dark, but a brief retelling in the most common form looks like this: ex-president Kuchma asked to “deal” with Gongadze, and “figured it out” with it. The consequences were, to put it mildly, unfavorable for Kuchma himself and his immediate environment. Raising the “innocently killed journalist Gongadze” to the shield, the opposition was able to wind up the situation to the Maidan and the Orange Revolution. Of course, not a complete analogy with Russia (if only because the business does not communicate with our opposition, but was actively invested in the Ukrainian in the early 2000s), but the conclusion is the same. Why do the authorities produce problems for themselves in an absolutely even place? By radicalizing quite loyal people, using the power resource for other purposes, trying to intimidate those who cannot be intimidated. For what? Something in the Danish kingdom is unclean.
