The Nobel Prize is shrinking! What happened was what was supposed to happen: following the decline in the level of scientific achievements encouraged by this world-famous award, the weight of the monetary content of the prize itself is now falling.
The Nobel Committee introduced a savings regime so that it would continue to be possible to replenish the bonus fund in the inflationary conditions of the difficult economic situation in the world. As a result, this year's laureates of this high-profile award will receive 20 percent less than their predecessors. In previous years, noble bearers received 10 million crowns (1.12 million euros), but from this year this amount will drop to 8 million crowns.
This will be especially offensive if more worthy applicants for the award appear today than last year.

But among the Nobel laureates we will not find anyone who would prove this even more fundamental and stunning idea. That is, it turns out to be a monstrous injustice, as if some natural scientist discovered a frog hitherto unknown to science, but it would not be he who would be treated with fame and bonuses, but the one who told the world that this frog can jump and croak.
In fact, no one ever found this “frog”. There were the hypotheses of the Soviet physicist Friedman, there were the observations of the American astronomer Hubble, and there was the frantic propaganda activity of the main promoter of theoretical physicists, Hawking, who convinced the general scientific and other public of the immutability of the expansion properties of the Universe and the indestructibility of the foundations of the so-called “standard model.” As a result, the hypothesis about the expansion of the Universe has now become practically an axiom, and it has become bad scientific form to question it. This topic is accepted “by default”, and its more or less reasonable explanation has become the notorious “missed train”, without which not a single demagogic construction can do.
And I would really like to look at this trailer, stolen from the general public. Okay, these physicists with their internal shop concepts, systems of mutual support and cover. It's their business. Everyone earns their piece of bread and butter as best they can.
But I would like clarification from the Nobel Committee. Having overshadowed the newly-minted laureates with the great authority of the illustrious prize, raising them to the highest scientific pedestal and giving all this to the broadest, worldwide (!) publicity, the Committee took upon itself responsibility for all those perplexities that arise in the minds of ordinary sober-minded citizens.”
