Yesterday I took part in the inspection of the construction of the Moscow-Sank-Petersburg highway in the infamous Khimkinsky forest.
Until now, workers and contractors do not have a single document according to which work could be considered legal. Despite the promises of Rosavtodor, the width of the clearing is not 100 meters, but more, in some places - almost 300.
A couple of days ago, the new governor of the Moscow Region Sergey Shoigu visited the Tsagov forest, where, in fact, absolutely the same thing happens: the new road is being built in violation of the law, there are no documents, the private security company and forest defenders are constantly conflicting, and the police are inactive. If the Rotenberg brothers were not interested in the Khimkinsky forest, and the budget was stolen not at the federal level, but at the local one, would the former head of the Ministry of Emergencies come there? Would you threaten officials?
