I didn’t even think about who and how would catch pharmacists selling codeine-containing drugs over-the-counter. It seemed obvious that the State Drug Control Service would catch those who like to climb on a crocodile. Ah, no. It turns out that the punishment scheme is murky and does not really frighten pharmacists.
Yesterday I went on a type of raid. The Federal Drug Control Service together with the police checked to see if anyone was selling codeine directly at the workplace. And it turned out that only the police can draw up reports on pharmacists - the State Drug Control Service does not have such functions. In addition, the fine for the saleswoman is 1000 rubles. That's all. It is impossible to attract a pharmacy owner. To do this, the owner needs to confirm: yes, they say, he gave a verbal order to sell Nurofen openly. For the purpose, so to speak, of profit. If there is recognition, then if you get caught again you can lose your license. But who will admit this? The owner, of course, doesn’t know anything, hasn’t heard anything, and will punish the seller to the fullest extent.
In short, I got the impression that this law is pure fraud. First of all, I don't really believe in managing them according to the consumer market. Secondly, I myself saw how lazy they sometimes work. So was yesterday’s raid: it took several days to prepare, and then the police suddenly ran out of time. Literally 50 minutes after the start of the operation. Pichalka.
However, yesterday in four checked pharmacies the buyer (the guy was successfully selected - the type is an “ordinary drug addict”) did not sell anything. Either they really respect the law, or they suspected something. Most likely, both versions are correct: the only comrades I didn’t really like from the “Young Guard” rode with us, who so openly filmed the whole action on video that only the most blind saleswoman could not have noticed the setup.
Well, they didn’t sell and didn’t sell. The company of hunters dispersed. However, yesterday’s topic of the fight against drugs did not end for me. A few hours later they called me and offered to go to... a hangout.
Well, I'm off. 4 people. Crocodile + screw. The smell is gasoline-hospital with a cooking taste. The sweetness of this stench is given by the cough syrup from which “vint”, or pervitin, is boiled.
The owner is a 28-year-old guy, HIV + open form of tuberculosis, lung death. Handsome guy. He even has toes that are close to ideal.
While the protocol was being drawn up, another person called into the intercom. Well, they snatched it from the elevator. It turned out that the guy was wanted. He came to visit with tropicamide and a syringe. Also beautiful. Tall, fair, with expressive features.
We sighed, rejoiced, and relaxed. The call again. Brought another one. There is a syringe in the sock, and an identification card of a Chechen veteran in the pocket. He served in the reconnaissance detachment. He told how the clandestine production sites for land mines were clapping. Believe it or not, this one is beautiful. The facial expressions are so charming. Shy eyes. His leg was swollen from the knee: he said he had erysipelas.
He also allegedly came for tropicamide. He says he hasn’t seen codeine since June 1st. And the colleague agrees. They inject eye drops, although in the trash there are components of desomorphine and blisters from Sedal-m.
The owner lets him cook for food and a dose. He admitted that he had not eaten for two days.
This morning I went to two pharmacies: tropicamide was nowhere to be found. Sold out, apparently. The crocodile brethren chose not to rot: with tropicamide you will go blind and numb, you will die of a stroke faster than you will rot on desomorphine. The country is finally moving onto dead-end tracks.
This is footage from another hangout where I was also . The lady in the scabs turned out to be my classmate. I’ll also post yesterday’s video - they haven’t sent it edited yet.
