
The scandal in the council of the Ostankinsky district is developing in a way for Moscow officials: the head of the council was detained for trying to give a bribe to the entrepreneur. Unusual actions Maxim Maksimov wanted to achieve the necessary testimonies in the case of his deputy, detained a week ago to try to receive a bribe.
Earlier, the Interfax source in law enforcement agencies reported that on June 14, in one of the cafes in the jacket during the meeting of representatives of the commercial company and deputy head of the Ostankino district council on housing and communal services, Nikolai heroin, the official was detained while trying to receive 1.2 million rubles from businessmen. He hoped to receive money for patronage when conducting auctions and competitions for the right to conclude contracts with the Office of the Ostankino district of Moscow, the engineering service and the Directorate of the Unified Customer. The Investigative Committee against him opened a criminal case under Articles 30 and 290 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Entertainment to receive a bribe").
Late on Thursday evening, police officers detained the Ostashkovsky highway near house No. 26 and the head of the council of the same district Maxim Maksimov. He tried to persuade one of the entrepreneurs for 500 thousand rubles, from which his subordinate asked for 1.2 million rubles to a change in the indications in the criminal case.
The day before, the Investigative Committee of Russia opened a criminal case against Maksimov under Article 309 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("bribing or coercion to testify or evasion from the testimony").
