In addition, due to the clarification of relations with the traffic cops, Ishutin lingered for an hour.
Zhorin said the following: “On Saturday, I arrived at the city police department Privy to conduct investigative actions in the criminal case on the fact of harm to Antonov’s health. Ishutin and Ishutin and Ishutin on a motorcycle without license plates,” Zhorin said. According to him, the traffic police officers stopped near the motorcyclist police department, who asked to submit documents for motorcycle management. During the audit, it turned out that the motorcyclist does not have a driver’s license with him. In this regard, a protocol on an administrative offense was drawn up against him. According to media reports, Ishutin was deprived of rights in 2011, but he did not stop traveling on a motorcycle.

"When checking, it turned out that the driver also does not have a driver’s license in connection with the temporary deprivation of the right to manage a motorcycle. A protocol on an administrative offense was drawn up against him, the materials on this fact were transferred to the magistrate court to decide the driver to be liable," Solinova said.
Quarrel with a singer - Ishutin version
Alexander Ishutin told reporters about the details of the conflict with Antonov on November 4 at one of the gas stations on the Borovskoye Shosse. According to him, that day he and his girlfriend Lena drove up on his bike Yamaha V-Max for refueling on the road to Moscow. “There is such a system - you insert a gun into the tank, you go to pay, pour it to the full - you are going to take the change,” he explained. When Ishutin was given a change, he managed to drink the Bank of the Energy. In his opinion, apparently, the composer arrived at the gas station saw this. From the outside, everything looked as if while the girl was standing at the motorcycle, her young man "drinks in this form."
Antonov became furious: leaning out of his Land Rover, he began to rudely shout to Lena so that they removed the motorcycle, Ishutin told. “At that moment, Lena learned a lot about herself. I will not reproduce literally, I was not nearby, but it was terribly rude,” says the biker. He assures that there was no reason to blame him for a delay in the gas station, as he flooded gasoline very quickly.
Despite the rudeness, Ishutin, on the advice of Lena, quickly drove away from the parking space, however, turning around, he saw how Antonov took out a gun and began to aim at it. “I clearly saw a gun, it is like“ wasp ”, only narrow, with two holes, I forgot, unfortunately, the name,” he said.
Then Ishutin decided not to lower his aggressiveness to his opponent - having landed Lena, he began to circle around Antonov and to “be shouted” with screams with a pistol on the cameras. And the furious singer, according to the motorcyclist, made two shots in his direction.
It should be noted that Antonov himself does not deny that during a fight he had the traumatic pistols “Makarych” and “Terminator” with him, but claims that he did not get weapons. Meanwhile, on the recording of video surveillance cameras, it really shows that the singer aims at a biker from an object resembling a gun. Antonov previously explained that, being in a state of affect, he directed the car keys to the bully.
After the shooting, Ishutin continued in an interview with Life News, he stopped the motorcycle and clapped with Antonov. Several people rushed to separate them at once. Having hit Antonov in the eye, the biker cut off his eyelid. According to Pumba, one of the witnesses asked him if he knew with whom he quarreled with, and when he answered negatively, he advised him "better to go from here", which was done a biker a little later.
Yuri Antonov, on the fact of the bodily harm inflicted on him, filed an application with the police. Ishutin was looking for more than six months and eventually found - a rare motorcycle, which managed to "identify" failed.
