On Saturday, Deputy Governor Alexander Galitsky, head of the local public chamber, Tahir Mammadov and senator from the Kirov region, Oleg Kazakovtsev, left for the scene. The initial reason for the conflict was the quarrel on June 20 in a local cafe between the resident of the village and the owner of the pilrams with his nephew.
