Seeing me, the doctor invited me to donate blood. Previously, I never donated blood and somehow was afraid of this procedure, but still decided to do a good deed and went to the mobile point.
First of all, the question about what ate and drank in the morning, in the morning I only managed to drink a couple of mugs of tea, so I approached perfectly. As it turned out, it is impossible to eat fatty foods before blood, and most importantly, you can’t eat oil and eggs.
Filling out a simple questionnaire and gave it together with a passport. 
The data entered into the computer and I was sent to the express blood test. 
The analysis did some modern needles that I did not even feel the injection. Determined the blood group and the level of hemoglobin; Hemoglobin was in order and I was sent to the doctor.
The doctor asked about well -being, measured the pressure, asked a couple of questions and sent to donate blood.

As it turned out, there is another mandatory procedure for those who donate blood for the first time: after half a year it is necessary to appear at the blood donation and donate blood for tests. Why is it necessary: plasma is distinguished from the blood and stored it separately for six months, after the donor gives the blood again for analysis and everything will be sent in order to the needy, otherwise this plasma will simply disappear. The repeated delivery of the analysis will be warned with a letter to the address of registration.
The doctor said that only 12 people came to donate blood on this day. It seemed to me not enough for friendly auto and motorcycle communities.Last time , when I watched the donation of blood by students and TPU officers who wanted to donate blood were much more, many stood in line.
