General plan of regional work for the organizing committee of protest actions

We are preparing a consolidated work schedule in the regions.

According to the decision of the organizing committee, in addition to the motor rally, a series of discussion camps will be held, at which a general program of the opposition and an action plan for the autumn period will be developed.

I propose the following approximate schedule and possible locations of the camps:

1. South (border of Voronezh and Volgograd regions) – Voronezh, Volgograd, Astrakhan, Tambov, Saratov, Penza, Lipetsk, Kursk, Belgorod, Oryol, Ryazan regions and Stavropol Territory - July 15-20
2. Ural (Perm region, Tchaikovsky) - Tatarstan, Udmurtia, Bashkiria, Perm region, Sverdlovsk, Chelyabinsk, Kirov, Samara regions - July 20-25
3. Volga (near Nizhny Novgorod) - Vladimir, Ivanovo, Nizhny Novgorod, Kostroma, Yaroslavl, Kirov regions, Republics of Chuvashia, Mordovia, Tatarstan - July 25-31
4. North-West (Karelian Isthmus) – Leningrad, Murmansk, Pskov, Novgorod, Vologda regions, Republic of Karelia – August 1-5
5. Siberia (Altai Territory) - Altai Territory, Kemerovo, Omsk, Novosibirsk, Tomsk regions, Altai Republic - August 5-10
6. Black Sea (Arkhipo-Osipovka) - Rostov region, Krasnodar region, republics of the North Caucasus - mid-August?
7. Center (Borovsk) - Moscow, Kaluga, Tula, Tver, Bryansk, Oryol, Smolensk regions - August 25-30
