According to the observation of coach Svetlana Berger, a typical strategy for a businesswoman in the fight against loneliness is to immerse herself in work so much that there is no time left to be upset or think about relationships that are difficult to build. But intense work commitments do not compensate for the need for open, trusting relationships. When only work is a source of pride, a sense of recognition and success, the source quickly dries up - professional interest and inspiration evaporate, a person loses his only point of support.

Initial data. Top manager Elena turned to a coach, realizing that the drive in her work had disappeared.
