On June 20 it was already late, a couple of local guys from the village of Demyanovo, in the north of the Kirov region, decided to go to the Crystal bar, they had to “add” - it wasn’t enough.

The bar was “run” by Dagestani Nur Kuratmagomedov. And at that time his nephew was working, who, remembering the orders of his elders, did not give these locals the alcohol they demanded, in a rather aggressive manner.

Quarrel, brawl, broken glass, reconciliation and a promise from the locals to compensate for the damage.

The next day, during the meeting, the parties did not come to an agreement and, here... the domestic conflict, which officials do not stop repeating now, began to sharply develop into an interethnic one.

On the one hand: “We’ve come in large numbers here. Get back,” etc. And on the other: “We have all of you here...”.

Now, if at that time a local police officer had appeared (remember Aniskin) and, with a word or even an action, had cooled the hot and stupid young heads, then the village of Demyanovo, in the Kirov region, would not now appear in news feeds as a place of armed interethnic mass clashes .

And any official could, with a clear conscience (if he has one), boldly declare to any television camera: “Clean everyday life, no national conflicts.” But there was no one nearby and... the “domestic situation” transformed into a “national conflict”.

It is known that national discord does not arise out of nowhere. National enmity is always based on socio-economic conditions. Or rather, their absence or low level. All this accumulates over the years and sometimes flares up because of nonsense, for example, because of broken glass in a cafe.

Therefore, in a national conflict, the authorities are always to blame - both local and higher. Anyone can understand this.

If society needs to eliminate such situations in the future, then this government, in the person of specific leaders, must be punished, and also, if necessary, the system of power itself must be transformed.

An analysis of the situation in the village of Demyanovo shows that in addition to punishing specific officials, a radical transformation of power is necessary ( “Vyatka Sagra. Paralysis. ”).

Transformation of local government, which is actually absent or performs decorative functions. Transformation of the public administration system, which is riddled with corruption from top to bottom. Transformation of the political system, monopoly in which leads to paralysis of power as a whole.

And you need to start from the very top, so to speak. Nationalism, and even worse chauvinism, cannot be cured otherwise. But first you need to decide, that is, choose an option. Or we are a federation, but then for real - with rights, responsibilities and powers. Or we are an empire - then with a tsar, priests and policemen.

Imperial option:

- Should we imprison the instigators of the fight and the organizers of armed interethnic clashes in the village of Demyanovo?

Federated option:

- Cardinal political, economic and social reorganization in the country and in the village of Demyanovo in particular?

From the lips of officials one hears like a spell: “everyday life, everyday life, everyday life, everyday life...”. It’s like a prayer - what if it gets through this time? Everything is clear here - as long as the king does not get angry.

What option do we need? Each has its own pros and cons. I wouldn't rush to answer.
