In the Moscow region, the police are looking for participants in a robbery attack on a suburban house of a retired high -ranking official of the district administration. The robbers brutally beat the owner of the mansion and his wife. The ex-official and a former guardian of order died from injuries.

The former deputy head of the administration of the Orekhovo-Zuevsky district of the Moscow Region Gennady Boyko turned out to be killed, Interfax reports with reference to a source in law enforcement agencies.

About 6:00 his wife reported a robbery on the house of a retired official and businessman. According to the woman who called the police, at night in their house, located in the village of Drill-Zuekhovo-Zuevsky district, several armed people burst. They tied her and her husband, and then beat the victims. Then the raiders stole money, jewelry and other values ​​with which they disappeared. The damage is estimated at 100 thousand rubles, RIA Novosti reports.

Gennady Boyko died of injuries. And his wife managed to independently free himself from the Put and call the police. At the moment, an investigation team is working at the crime scene, a source in law enforcement agencies noted.
