The name Ashuluk is known to many. Some journalists dubbed this training ground in the Astrakhan region, where they destroy obsolete shells, a damned place. Still: for the year 14 “cargo 200”! However, I dare to think that Ashuluk's fame is primarily connected with the activity of human rights organizations, primarily the Astrakhan Regional Committee of Soldiers' Mothers. In the Trans -Baikal steppes there are no comparable organizations with it in the penetration force of organizations, because the Central District Polygon does not have such fame, although it deserves it quite.

The first detailed description of what was happening there appeared a year ago on the website of the village of Yasnaya. “ The grand event measured by wagons and even echelons turned into a semblance of the construction of the Coliseum in ancient Rome - the soldiers, in fact, became its slaves. They carry thousands of tons of ammunition (3-4 wagons per day), work until 2-4 hours of the morning. Nutrition is not organized. <...> Already five soldiers, afraid to die in these works, began to swallow needles, after which they hit the military hospital of Art. Clear. Now they will be judged by acquaintance . ”

In the comments to the article - a refutation, more similar to confirmation: “There are no needlemen here, there was no case, but this is not from hard work not from the fact that they were tired of working for 24 hours, they just got to the center of the suicide, lazy people who do not want to do anything and they swallow the needles and eat chlorine in order to evade further service” (Orphography and punctuation of the original). And from the last comments in time: (03/30/2012) “exploded and we will blow up. Point, ” someone wrote under the nickname“ slaveor ” .

Skarting messages about the Central Department Store flashed in the letters of regional organizations. And at the end of April, the appeal of the parents of soldiers serving at the training ground, to the President and the State Duma appeared . From it, as well as from messages at the parent forum, we can make an idea of ​​where the particularly “lucky” conscripts who believed the songs about the “new appearance of the army” are hidden [1].

Understanding this comes in the very first hours upon arrival at the camp. Probably, to immediately stun a person with a complete lawlessness is a good way to discourage the hunt to resist.

Arriving on April 14, they did not put on contentment, for three days they ate dryers from the road, during the day they were not allowed into tents. On Buran Street - they raised the collars and squatted. And those who were brought on the night of April 19 to 20 were also not provided. “For four days in the snow and snowstorm they stood on the parade ground, fed them, if something remained in the kitchen, or they ate what the arrivals who arrived before, the same hungry guys themselves. For the night, they were allowed into tents right in wet clothes, to the same tired and wet guys, and the next morning they would stand on the parade ground again, and so four days. For what ?????? !!!!!!!!!!!!! ”, the soldier’s mother yells on the forum.

However, when they decided to put the arrivals for allowance, this did not mean the end of the famine. One soldier announced two spoons of soup for lunch and dinner combined. Another says that they put a norm on six on 16 people, and the cook replies to the claims: "The order is less." The third reported on the phone that they ate once in a day, they gave buckwheat, a piece of fat and gingerbread for dinner. Water, including drinking - deficiency, soldiers suffer from thirst. Many complaints about unsanitary conditions. A message appeared on the forum that in one of the camps (and there are several of them), quarantine was installed due to dysentery.

The guys arrived at the landfill for loading and unloading (rigging) work. The rise at 6 in the morning, return to the camp sometimes at 3 a.m. Work can continue in the dark, sometimes without lunch break, because the plan is required. It happens that there are 10 cars per brigade. There are no means of small mechanization, the soldiers raise their hands, drag boxes with shells weighing 60 kg or more on their backs. The boxes are rotten, scatter right in the hands. They write that someone had a shell fell on his leg, crushed his fingers, someone broke four fingers on his hand. Hospitalles in the villages of Borzya and Yasnaya are crowded - injuries, broken limbs, colds.

From unbearable fatigue, a sense of danger is dull. Brolder and helmets are given only to sappers working on the undermining.

Some conscripts were “lucky” to drive cars with shells. Cars are loaded to the top, all the boxes are rotten, drunk on bumps, the dust from the cars is such that the roads are not visible. No wonder if something falls out.

And these cars are without brakes, there are bald wheels, there is no glass. Many soldiers in automotive equipment are poorly understood. Porves, someone steals light bulbs from cars. They suffer with them all day. “ According to the wild army tradition, the soldier himself repairs his car and gets spare parts for it. If there are no spare parts, the commanders have one answer - give birth. The car should go on the line, ” writes, apparently familiar with“ traditions ”firsthand.

Sometimes the landfill is visited by television people. Soldiers are dressed in accordance with safety precautions. However, even in these cases, equipment is not enough for everyone. The officer in front of the camera gives an interview, television leaves, body armor and so on disappear from soldier's everyday life.

It should be noted that our rigging has seconded status. Officially, they serve in others, often very distant from landfills, military units. In theory, there should be rotation. But in reality, many almost all year of service (minus the winter break of explosive work) are carried out at landfills. The mother of one of the soldiers writes: “My son was in this training ground in the fall. The husband came there, was horrified by what he saw! He did not recognize his own son, some eyes shine, his face and hands are black, clothes-there are no words ... He himself once served on a BAM, but he says that even there they didn’t live in such conditions! ” . Soldiers work without any hope for the end of the “business trip”. Hope is only for endlessly distant demobilization.

I will not write about tel. A lot said that it is not in the annual period. She has not gone anywhere. Only in reality it is necessary to talk not about the "grandfather" but about the "officer".

When a message came from the presidential administration that the mother’s letter was transferred to the military prosecutor’s office, the chiefs quickly calculated the soldiers whose mothers signed and sent the appeal. One of them writes on the forum: “The commander called his son, asked, interrogated, asked what else he said to his mother, forced his parents to write a letter and not to seal, he read and warned that if he would say something yet, he would not get home.” Mother is going to go to the training ground.

But it came for some hour of liberation. On the forum, a colored and animated inscription flashed: “Hurray! We should no longer! ”

But this is not the end of the demonstration of disrespect for human dignity: many complaints come to the fact that the demobilizers are traveling from a unit. The organization of departure is worthless. Tickets are not purchased in a timely manner; soldiers get to the railway station inorganized and often at their own expense. At such times, private traders immediately blow up prices. Parents on the Internet order tickets to their children. However, the problem is that it is impossible to find out from the military authorities the deadlines for the departure of soldiers.

“The son to Chita was driving through Mogoitui on a minibus at his own expense. Sukhpayki did not give money for the road, as it should be 300r. For a day, did not give. The money that I sent, they spent. Now there is no penny left. They won the gate and that’s it, ” the mother writes.

They talk about attacks on demobilizes, about robberies and even murder. They blame the commanders in this, who are on the station, planting from cars, but the trains are not waiting. And some kind of “raven” flies. Parents believe that “it is necessary to hammer the command so that the officers are waiting for the train, put demobilizes in it and escorted home with honor! After all, it is not difficult to give the honor to the served soldier! ”

At first they promised the rigges to pay 100 rubles for every day. Last fall, they already promised nothing at all. Some parents are wondering: “ Where are the state millions allocated for disposal? ". This question is not only interested in this, but it is apparently unrealistic to get an intelligible answer to it from official instances.

There are reports on this forum about various emergencies unknown to the public, including the death of the “conscript” on the central heating room last year. This topic deserves a separate article, but for now we restrict ourselves to a brief final certificate of officially recognized emergency related to the destruction of ammunition this year. On May 18, in the Primorsky Territory in the village of Sungach in the Spassk-Dalny district, a fire occurred in the ammunition depot , followed by detonation. Two soldiers were injured - "Counterfoot". Almost two thousand local residents are evacuated.

On May 24 , a truck with ammunition exploded at the Ashuluk training ground. Eleven soldiers who were in it were on a hair from death. They managed to jump out of the car, noticing a fire.

On May 28 , a truck with ammunition also exploded at the Central Department Store in the Trans -Baikal Territory . The driver managed to jump out and run away. On June 11, at the artillery warehouse of the military unit 96558, 14 kilometers from the village of Koltubanovka in the Orenburg region there was a fire . He caused the explosions of artillery shells that were prepared for disposal. The number of victims, according to various sources, is from one to four people. More than 700 people are evacuated.
