According to the decree, state flags will be flown at half-mast throughout Russia, as well as in foreign missions on July 9. Cultural institutions, as well as state television channels, are recommended to refrain from showing entertainment programs.
This decision was made after the announcement of mourning in the Krasnodar region. According to the latest data, 155 people died as a result of the flood, and this figure is not final.
