The 52-year-old V. Kibalchich made an attempt to self-immolation on July 4 on Lenin Square in the center of Bryansk. Drivers of cars passing by and police officers were able to extinguish the ignited clothes, the entrepreneur received extensive body burns and was sent to the city hospital. According to one version, he could decide on an act of self -immolation after an unsuccessful attempt to allow a dispute with another businessman.
