11.28 Наводнение в Краснодарском крае, по предварительным данным, полностью разрушило 96 домов, в результате чего более 3 тыс. жителей остались полностью без имущества. "По предварительным результатам оценки, разрушено 643 дома, в том числе частично — 547, полностью — 96. Полностью утратили имущество 3,3 тыс. человек, частично — 18,7 тыс. человек", — сообщила пресс-служба ЮРЦ МЧС России. При этом, по данным МЧС, за медицинской помощью обратились 479 человек, из них 48 детей.

11.20 Более тысячи человек уже получили гуманитарную помощь в Крымском районе, сообщил первый замначальника национального центра управления в кризисных ситуациях МЧС Сергей Мирошниченко. По его словам, пострадавшим выдаются продукты, предметы первой необходимости. МЧС занимается подвозом питьевой воды.
11.13 Росводресурсы считают маловероятным "техногенный фактор" в наводнении на Кубани, а причиной наводнения в Крымске, по предварительным дынным, стали сильные дожди, считает заместитель руководителя Федерального агентства водных ресурсов Вадим Никаноров. "Причина катастрофы, на первый взгляд, только в осадках. Мы не видим техногенного фактора, хотя расследование продолжается", — заявил Никаноров . Он вновь подчеркнул, что сброс воды из Неберджаевского водохранилища не мог повлиять на затопление Крымска.

11.11 Население Краснодарского края не было в полной мере оповещено об угрозе наводнения, поскольку система оповещения не сработала должным образом, заявил глава МЧС Владимир Пучков."По предварительной оценке, оповещение населения было организовано, но, к сожалению, комплексной работы проведено не было. Со стороны руководителей на местах и отдельных служб были допущены ошибки", — сказал Пучков на селекторном совещании, отвечая на вопрос вице-премьера Дмитрия Рогозина о том, почему жители Кубани не были оповещены о наводнении.

10.42 В Крымском районе захоронили почти тысячу утонувших животных, угрозы распространения заболеваний нет. По данным пресс-службы ЮРЦ МЧС трупы животных сжигают на территории Крымска, а также станиц Нижнебаканская и Неберджаевская. Сожжено 956 животных. "Погибли кошки, собаки, птица. Крупного рогатого скота немного, потому что это в основном в городской черте. У людей больше содержится кур, кроликов", — сообщил “Интерфаксу” заместитель начальника управления сельского хозяйства администрации Крымского района Дмитрий Миленкин. Он добавил, что в городе и поселениях работает 4 мобильные группы, которые собирают умерших животных. "Далеко не все поголовье погибло, ситуация вполне разумная", — уточнил главный ветеринарный врач Краснодарского края Георгий Джаилиди. По его словам, "особых рисков" распространения заболеваний в связи со случившимся в районе нет. "Скотомогильники не размывало, весной крупный и мелкий рогатый скот был вакцинирован против сибирской язвы", — сказал Джаилиди.
10.09 В Крымском районе премьер-министр Дмитрий Медведев вместо совещания по подготовке к зимним Олимпийским играм 2014 г. в Сочи, планировавшегося в понедельник, проведет селектор по ситуации в Краснодарском крае, пострадавшем от наводнения,сообщила пресс-секретарь премьер-министра Наталья Тимакова.
09.22 В Крымском районе остаются частично проблемы с энерго-, водо- и газоснабжением, сообщает МЧС. "Без энергоснабжения в Крымске остаются 4,6 тыс. человек (по состоянию на 6:00 мск). Без газоснабжения в Крымске остаются 418 дворов. Нарушено водоснабжение в поселках Нижнебаканская и Неберджаевская с населением 2,4 тыс. человек", — говорится в пресс-релизе. Всего, по уточненным данным МЧС, в результате сильнейших осадков в пятницу в городах Геленджик, Новороссийск, Крымск, поселках Дивноморское, Нижнебаканская, Неберджаевская и Кабардинка произошло подтопление 5185 жилых домов, пострадали 22 тыс. человек, в том числе 152 погибли (из них 5 от поражения электротоком).
05.16 По данным МЧС , в Краснодарский край прибыли три дополнительных борта МЧС со спасателями и специальной техникой. Они привезли технику для обследования территорий и домов на устойчивость и безопасность.

00.24 По данным МЧС , по состоянию на 24.00 в Краснодарском крае вода от жилых домов и социально-значимых объектов ушла, частично подтопленными остались подвалы 5105 жилых домов и 110 придворовых территорий. Для борьбы с последствиями стихии привлечено 10564 человека и 1292 единицы техники, в том числе от МЧС — 2909 человек и 435 единиц техники. По данным ведомства, обследовано и пригодно к проживанию 20 детских оздоровительных учреждений Геленджика, туда организован подвоз продуктов питания. Подготовлено 18 пунктов временного размещения. Организовано оказание экстренной психологической помощи 40 психологами. Помощь оказана в 1072 случаях. На телефоны горячей линии поступил 2222 звонка.
Остаются повреждёнными два участка железнодорожного полотна общей протяженностью 400 м — движение поездов организовано реверсивным способом. Было задержано 16 поездов, где ехало 4558 пассажиров. Для обследования территории организована работа 216 межведомственных оперативных групп, в состав которых вошли сотрудники МЧС. Социально-значимые объекты работают в штатном режиме, отмечается в сообщении.
