The state in Russia is completely absent

Regarding the tragedy in Kuban, I can only repeat what I already said about the fires in Mordovia and Ryazan. Every year we learn what we still don’t have in our country. From Chechnya we know that we do not have an army. From the Kursk we know that we have no divers. From Evsyukov we know that we have no police. With Lame Horse we know we don't have disaster medicine. We know from the fires that we don’t have firefighters, forest rangers or rescuers. Now we know that we do not have drainage systems, rescue helicopters, watercraft, warning systems, and so on and so forth.

You need to understand one simple thing - you and I do not have a state. In the event of an emergency, you will find yourself alone with trouble. No one will come to your aid. There will be no notification. There will be no helicopters. There will be no divers. There will be no police. There will be no paramedics. You'll be abandoned again, buddy. As always. This must be realized very clearly. And build your future life and ensure the safety of your family based on this postulate.

This country is intended for the survival of only strong, healthy males who are capable of fighting for life on their own. If you have the strength to put out your house with a basin during fires, you will survive. If you have the strength to stay on the water for three hours after the Bulgaria goes to the bottom, you will survive. If you have the strength to climb a pole during a flood, you will survive. In all other cases, you are doomed. At best, help will come to you in a few hours, which you will have to hold out on your own. How you will survive these hours is your problem. How you will drag your children onto the pole or take them away from the fire is your problem too.

Shoigu, the Ministry of Emergency Situations, Be-200, rescue helicopters, fire engines, submarines - all this is only on TV. Well, a little bit in Moscow. In the rest of Russia there is no state at all.

I don't believe in reservoir release. Apparently there was some kind of technical drain there, but judging by the photographs of the spillway, it could hardly have caused the destruction of the city. It’s just that the combination of sea and mountains always gives such results. This happens there all the time. The sea, you know, evaporates in the summer. And it spills in the mountains. And mountain rivers swell after rains. And they come to the plain in waves. I will reveal this well-known secret to the officials. Although villages and towns there are washed away regularly once every ten years.

It just worked out so far. But this time it didn’t work out. But to create warning systems to give people those very one and a half to two minutes necessary in such cases for survival, to think through some kind of drainage systems, to dig some kind of water intake quarries, to build some kind of dams, living under the mountains next to the sea and knowing that mudslides and floods with such initial data are a prerequisite... But what the hell. Let the stupid Japanese worry in advance. They are building some houses on springs. And during magnitude 7 earthquakes, they have two deaths each. And here, due to the usual rain for these places and the swelling of mountain rivers, we have one hundred and fifty corpses.

But there is an ice skating rink in Sochi, the residence of the patriarch in Gelendzhik, Putin’s palace in Praskoveevka and Tkachev’s dacha in the reserve.
These certainly won't wash away. For them, everything is certainly calculated, provided for and built. But women still give birth to ordinary people.

In general, once again: we do not have a state in Russia. Remember this. Those who got their hands on the trough don’t care about us at all. You can only rely on yourself. Ensuring the survival of you and your family is in your hands alone. Remember this too. So look around, determine the tank-dangerous direction and take the necessary measures to protect yourself.
