In Krasnoyarsk, during the last earthquake, the warning system was approximately the same as in Krymsk - that is, it was practically non-existent. But in the city there are such wonderful, huge, beautiful screens.

They broadcast dull social videos about the dangers of fire mixed with commercial advertising (without sound). In Krasnoyarsk alone, 54 million rubles were spent from the federal budget on 4 screens and 19 plasmas in supermarkets!

And the Ministry of Emergency Situations program to alert the population was implemented from 2006 to 2010 throughout Russia. Questions like: who will be responsible for wasted funds or how many people could have been saved in Krymsk - I don’t even want to ask anymore - there is no one and there is no need. And so everything is clear.
