
The criminal prosecution of the financial director of the FSUE Security FSUP Daria Shinshina was terminated, Interfax reports with reference to her lawyer. At the moment, Shinshin is not involved in the framework of business even as a suspect.
"We were notified that the decision on attracting Shinshina as the accused was canceled, a preventive measure was removed - house arrest," said Larisa Movea lawyer. According to her, the investigators could not decide whether to consider the actions imputed to the defendant - the criminal - "is a business or a crime."
"Daria Shinina spent four months under house arrest, she was not even allowed to walk. Now she will need a long time to come to her herself after this traumatic situation," the defender noted.
The lawyer does not have information about the progress of the investigation against other defendants, including the former general director of the FSUE "security".
Shinshina was prosecuted under the article (complicity in a commercial bribery).
The criminal case against Andrei Komissarov and other employees of the enterprise was opened by the Investigative Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation on December 7, 2011 under the criminal article "Abuse of authority." The defendants in the case were the former head of the enterprise Dmitry Lozhkin, Deputy Director Alexander Borisenko and the financial director - Shinshin.
According to investigators, from 2008 to May 2011, the management of FSUE acquired various equipment and special equipment for its own needs at obviously high prices, while receiving "rollbacks" from merchants. The leadership of one of these suppliers, according to the investigation, included the son of the former deputy minister of the internal affairs of Mikhail Sukhodolsky, Grigory, who is taking place in the case as a witness.
At the end of May of this year, Komissarov wrote a report on dismissal from the internal affairs bodies.
