By August, deputies of the State Duma are hoping to adopt the law on inspection and release from it car owners who regularly undergo a planned inspection in certified auto centers.
Amendments to the law can enter into force in August, Yevgeny Moskvichev, head of the Duma Transport Committee, told RIA Novosti . The deputy hopes that in a week the law will be able to pass all three readings. And if the amendments are accepted, then until August 1 they will be signed by the president, and immediately after the official publication they will enter into force.
From this moment on, the car owner will not have to receive a talon of inspection, there will be enough records in the diagnostic map, which is filled in upon examination with official dealers.
