Photo: ITAR-TASS The Ministry of Justice of Russia refused to register the Blue Buckets public organization. The organization coordinator Peter Shkumatov believes that the reasons for refusal are formal, and is going to go to court.
The Ministry of Justice explained that the “blue buckets” were not registered due to claims to the charter of the organization, the main reason sounds as “non-compliance with the activities of the organization’s goals”. The refusal document was published in the Blue Veder community in the Live Journal .

The coordinator of the organization "Blue Buckets" Peter Shkumatov told Publicpost that he was not going to give up.

- You expected that the organization would not be registered?
It was not unexpected, but still we thought that it would be possible to calmly register. We prepared this charter for three months, I studied several laws, several lawyers worked on this story. In the end, no one had serious comments. And then they refused.
-In the Ministry of Justice, did you inform you something additionally?
They sent a written refusal. Then, since they cannot report this in writing, they said: "Guys, remove the item about human rights." They did not suit them that in our charter it was recorded about the protection of the rights of citizens. If we remove this item, then they will register us. In this case, we will be like Timur and his team with striped sticks. I think this is some kind of absurdity.
- What are you going to do now?
We are in the process of preparing the claim. I think that by the end of this week or by the beginning of the next claim will be ready. We have not yet decided which court to contact - either to Zamoskvoretsky, or at the place of residence. Lawyers who are ready to help us in terms of lawsuist with a Ministry of Justice at a free basis have already contacted us independently. The process is moving.
“You write that you are preparing argumentation.” What arguments are we talking about?
We received a refusal of three points. Clause third and second are obvious. The main argument concerns the activities and goals of the organization. We have quite a few types of activities - about thirty. Now we need to show a logical and causal relationship with the goals with the goals that are prescribed to our charter. This is now the main job.
It is possible that the Ministry of Justice refused to register the "Society of the Blue Vederes" because of the name, says Evgeny Kolesnik, lawyer of the Krikunov and Partners Group of Companies . “The Ministry of Justice may refuse to register if the objectives and objectives of the organization are not reflected in its name,” Publicpost Kolesnikov told. “In any case, despite the fact that the registering standards in the Ministry of Justice are based on the norms of the law, this procedure is, let’s say, a certain subjective character.”
Participants in the Society of Blue Vederiks are opposed to the arbitrariness of officials who block the road traffic, using the right to use the "flashing lights" on cars. In addition, the "blue -sized" fight against rudeness on the roads, remove violations of traffic rules in video and photos, and then publish on the Internet. The society was formed in 2010, but plastic blue buckets on the roofs of activists appeared a few years earlier.
