In my personal, possibly erroneous, opinion (please don’t blame me for the politics of the new law on NGOs), clearing rubble, restoring water communications and disinfection should be carried out by specially trained people - the army or the Ministry of Emergency Situations. Otherwise, accusations of insolvency, chaos and typhus epidemics. And volunteers should not initiate, but help .
But we have what we have.
We continue to collect assistance for the affected areas STRICTLY according to the specified list. One person agreed to pay for its shipment (from gazelles to a truck) when the help was collected.
