A group of persons calling themselves supporters of Nikita Mikhalkov created the party "for our homeland", which is based on the manifesto "Law and Truth" ( manifesto of enlightened conservatism. Of course, the idea to build a party based on the manifesto is curious. There is no problem is that the text was with a bias in political artistry, still Mikhalkov is a statesman, which means that something will come out. Here, of course, is another problem - how to derive the attitude to, for example, the fresh law on slander from the manifesto? That is, there is no doubt that this is possible, but what should follow next? On the other hand, this can declare a new party format about itself - a party of, say, feelings and ideological sensations. As Marmeladov used to say, it is necessary, so that every person can go somewhere and report somewhere. And if they praise there, so happiness is generally.

At the same time, the party is similar to a design project with a hairpin under the XVIII century. “Izvestia”: “ The new party addresses the historical traditions and symbols of the Russian state: as attributes, the political test structures took the Black and Black-gold of the St. George banner, which was essentially the state flag of Russia in the XVIII century.
