The Investigative Committee, in turn, reported that criminal activity was conducted from January 2010 to May 2012 - unidentified persons (possibly Smirnov and Mikhailko) received from certain employees of the technical centers of MTS OJSC and Vimpelcom, archives containing text SMS three residents of the Moscow Region for their further widespread.

Law enforcement officers also visited the premises of the Belgan private security company, which, according to reports, provided active assistance in the collection of information. Further investigative actions are currently being taken," the FSB reported .

According to NTV , during the investigative measures, special equipment was seized, apparently intended to ensure listening to telephone conversations, as well as a large sum of money in the currency of various countries.
