The City Hall of Novosibirsk approved the privatization conditions of 20% of the shares of OJSC Novosibirskneftegaz Priephelit (NNGP) owned by the municipality. The order of the mayor Vladimir Gorodetsky was published about this on July 20 in the ballots of local authorities, the Taiga.info correspondent reports.

According to the list of affiliated persons of the NNNP on March 31, 2012, 51% of its shares belong to Vostokgazprom OJSC, another 29% - Tomskneftegaz Production LLC. In turn, Vostokgazprom by 99.98% belongs to Gazprom OJSC.

The city hall decided to sell the entire package of its shares of the NGPP, which it owns since 1999, when the company has been established to implement the technical mixture of propane and Butan and re -equipment of cars for gas -engine fuel.

The NGP report for 2011 states that the company implements a mixture of propane and Butan to 68 counterparties from the Tomsk, Novosibirsk, Kemerovo and Omsk regions, the Krasnoyarsk and Altai regions. Last year, she shipped to customers 79.1 thousand tons of a gas mixture, transferred 10 units of transport to gas -engine fuel and conducted after a warranty repair of another 28 cars.

The revenue of the NGPP, according to its report for 2011, amounted to about 1.05 billion rubles, net profit - 8.84 million rubles. The company's profit as of April 1, 2012 is 3.184 million rubles. At the same time, the initial price proposed by the Novosibirsk mayor for its package in the NSNP is 8.774 million rubles, the auction step is 430 thousand rubles. The date of the auction is not indicated at the disposal of the mayor.
