As for Oleg, we created three free legal clinics in Novosibirsk. He led all the work with the youth of the regional branch, gathered them in the summer, in the fall, took them for all consultations, taught how to accept people. A huge layer of work led. Our association has 15 free legal clinics that provide free legal advice to poor, unprotected citizens. And, of course, inadequate people are often very often. Not in terms of mental abilities, but in terms of nervous state.

Taiga.info: Are there any general rules how to behave in this situation?

-Well, no one created some common regulatory rules, we are still not psychologists. But, by and large, when a person is constantly engaged in working with people, communicates with them, he develops a certain stereotype of behavior with various categories of citizens.

Taiga.info: Is it possible to insure yourself with such incidents in the future? Will there be lawyers working in free consultations to take any measures?

- Of course, we will not be able to escape from everything. But it is worth thinking about security, first of all, free clinics that are scattered throughout the city. At the same time, we are a public organization, we cannot put up from each consulting center for a security guard. In general, we don’t know how to solve this problem yet, but we will have to take care of it.

- There are special grants. Money is allocated for some specific programs that are considered in demand and significant. For example, free legal assistance centers. There are presidential grants, there are regional ones. Our organization participates in competitions - and sometimes gets money, sometimes not.
