Innocent drivers, yesterday, July 22, became hostages of another order. The drivers standing at the final points were all fined for driving without their headlights on... A fine of 100 rubles.
If someone contradicted or did not agree... They threatened with a more serious fine and prosecution in the future.
- We have an order! Do you feel sorry for 100 rubles???

The laws themselves are incomplete. But this is not even alarming. Violation of the law by a traffic police inspector does not surprise anyone. As if in the order of things. Drivers transporting a thousand people a day, instead of help and assistance, receive fines and threats from the traffic police. Traffic rules exist only on paper. Because in Voronezh not all drivers have read this document. Category “B” drivers simply don’t know the main points, let alone clause 18.3 (inspectors don’t even know what the fine is for this paragraph of the rules)
How can a person monitor compliance with the law on the road, who himself, by order of management, violates this law every day????
