"Kushchevskoye case" was brought to court

On July 23, the General Prosecutor's Office of Russia announced the completion of the investigation of the brutal murder of twelve people in the village of Kushchevskaya in the Krasnodar Territory in the fall of 2010. The case was referred to the court, where he will be considered the jury. Four accused were asked about this. In total, there will be six people in the dock, including the alleged leader of the criminal group Sergei Tsapk.

The fact that investigators in the North Caucasus Federal District completed the investigation of the massacre in the village of Kushchevskaya, said the Fitical representative of the Investigative Committee of Russia Vladimir Markin. The case was referred to the court. The accused are six members of the so -called "Tsapka gang." On the account of each of them, according to the investigation, from 3 to 20 crimes. The leader of the group, according to the investigation, - Sergey Tsapok - is accused of 18 murders. As the investigators found out, in the village of Kushchevskaya, the "Bang of Tsapka" acted for ten years. During this time, more than 20 crimes were committed.

How Vladimir Markin curled up, several charges were brought to the suspect:

- Six participants of the criminal group were charged with participation in the gang, murders, attempted murders, robberies, illegal deprivation of liberty, intentionally destroying and damage to other people's property, rape, and illegal storage of weapons. All defendants are involved in the murder of farmer Ametov in the village of Kushchevskaya, ”said the official representative of the Investigative Committee.

Mass murder in the village of Kushchevskaya occurred on November 4, 2010. Its victims were 12 people, including the chases of children. This is the family of the farmer of the server Ametov and his guests. According to investigators, revenge could be a motive for murder. After these events, by order of the President of Russia, an audit of local law enforcement agencies was initiated, as a result of which it turned out that some of their employees cover criminal groups.

Political scientist Dmitry Oreshkin comments on the results of the investigation:

- Using the example of the “Tsapka gang”, we see the fusion of power and gang groups. In Kushchevskaya in a striking way, the results of the vote for United Russia were higher than in the entire Krasnodar Territory. It was an ideal option for control over the situation: complete loyalty to the authorities, but monstrous management methods - gangster and mafia. The gang members will be punished so that it is clear that "the vertical does not doze." But the vertical mechanism, which leads to such excesses, will be saved into inviolability, because its basic principle is based on the purchase of loyalty for the corruption right to "cut" the controlled territory. They pierced - for this they will punish them. If this did not happen, they would continue to lead this territory and ensure the necessary voting results in favor of the ruling party, ”says Dmitry Oreshkin.

Three participants in the "Tsapka gang" have already been convicted . Two of them were sentenced to 20 years in prison, another person - by 12. At the end of May, the court fined 150 thousand rubles for the aiding of Sergei Tsepropy. Initially, he was called the key member of the "Kushchevsky gang". Such a court decision caused indignation of the public.
