Krymsk: “switchmen” will answer instead of Tkachev

I was in Neberdzhaevskaya and Nizhnebakanskaya, talked with victims, doctors, military personnel, officials, and volunteers. I’m preparing material, but now it seems important to me to say that they want to reassure the people by imprisoning the innocent. The Investigative Committee, instead of establishing the role of the regional authorities and personally the governor Alexander Tkachev, decided to direct the attack on his subordinates.

Yesterday I went to the hospital in Novorossiysk to the head of the Nizhnebakansky rural settlement, Irina Ryabchenko, and interviewed her:

She was charged with negligence (Part 3 of Article 293 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation), but none of the 10,000 local residents living on her territory died! At 21:00 on July 6, she notified the duty officer in the Crimean region about the beginning of the flooding and went to the place.

Investigators ignored the requests of the doctors at the sailors' hospital to wait one day so that Irina could be discharged from the hospital. After many hours of interrogation, Irina became ill and her time in the hospital was extended. She has a hypertensive crisis, which was confirmed by the hospital commission, as well as an independent expert from Moscow.

Elena Levshina from the rescue reserve of the Ministry of Emergency Situations is ready to testify that Irina, even while under a drip, continued to lead the work to eliminate the consequences of the disaster.

A local resident, pensioner Lyudmila Takhmazis, believes that they are trying to make a “switchman” out of Irina Ryabchenko, according to the clumsy Soviet habit.

The Investigative Committee, first of all, needs to establish what Tkachev did after the flood of 2002, why sufficient funds were not allocated to clean the river beds and why an effective warning system in case of emergencies was not created?
