"Having heard the report of Irina Skorobogatova, (Governor - Ed.) Vladimir Miklushevsky announced the inadmissibility of repeating such cases in the future," the press service said. "All service vehicles must strictly comply with the rules of the road. Increased requirements are imposed on the administration officials, including in terms of strict compliance with the laws," the governor said.
