The rally was opened by Anna Karetnikova. Next were Sergey Davidis, Alexey Sakhnin, Valery Borschev, Maria Baronova, Lev Ponomarev, Zoya Svetova, Andrey Babushkin. Other civil activists.
The word was taken by Viktor Savelov, the father of the arrested activist Artem Savelov. He said: “I raised the children on the fact that there is a homeland, there is a country, there is a state. Once it was all together. Now - no. My son went to a rally to express his point of view. He was seized ... attributed to him that he was conducting anti -state agitation. And he stuttered so much that he speaks with difficulty ...”. The square supported him with the chanting "Shame!". Viktor Savelov said that there is a video confirming that his son behaved absolutely correctly in relation to the police. The father of another detainee also performed - Ilya Konstantinov. His son Daniel, one of the organizers of the "Russian march" in 2011, is in a pre -trial detention center for the fifth month. Ilya Konstantinov said: "There has never been such a hostile state in Russia." The area responds - "Putin to the bunks!" Ilya Konstantinov said that the investigation in the case of his son is in violations, and the very matter was falsifiic. "Do not forget, do not forgive" the rally responded.

At the end of the rally, the coordinator of the "Left Front" Sergei Udaltsov performed. He urged to resume protests at the Investigative Committee on Thursdays from 18 o’clock. The square supported him. The first share of solidarity is scheduled for August 2. Udaltsov said: “They declared war on us ... Putin personally takes revenge on us for the spoiled ineuguration. On September 15, we must answer them and collect a million throughout Russia. It will be an autumn attack on crooks and thieves ... I believe that we will not surrender and will not be combed. The rally adopted a resolution in support of the arrested in the “case on May 6” and demanded that they initiate cases of exceeding official powers by representatives of the authorities.
The action began when more than 1 thousand people gathered in the square. But at that moment, not everyone went through the frames. People continued to approach. There were about 2 thousand people at the “peak” of the shares on the square.
