On the outskirts of Nizhny Novgorod for 50 years, people have been living in a construction hut, which, according to the residents, was built for the duration of the laying of the railway bridge. In more than half a century, Barak has turned into a real shack with holes in the walls and a woven foundation. But no one is in a hurry to relocate residents.
According to Vesti.Ru , the wall of the building can be destroyed with bare hands, but this is not an abandoned building, but a full -fledged residential building with four apartments, several families live here. Residents say that this house is from the category of those that can be called huts. It was installed in the middle of the last century for workers who built the railway bridge. As often happens, the temporary has become constant. Wooden walls spilled with soil, and a roof covered with slate, was rotten to holes for half a century.
The condition of the half -century structure does not suit only the inhabitants themselves. According to people, public utilities and officials do not pay attention to their troubles. Throughout the history of the house, its inhabitants did not see major repairs, although until 2008 the residents regularly paid for him. But then the home -controlled company changed. From the new company, people learned that the columns "Overhaul" in payments are no longer there. The fact that three out of four apartments are privatized was completely crossed out their hopes - now they are put forward by new conditions.
According to the State Housing Inspectorate of the city of Nizhny Novgorod, a check of this house was carried out, during which it was established that the house was in unsatisfactory condition. The conclusion was sent to the city interdepartmental commission. However, the interdepartmental commission made its conclusions. It was decided to recognize the house suitable for living.
The administration still promised to make repairs, but only in one municipal apartment. Residents of privatized premises were recommended according to the state program to use the subsidy for major repairs. However, they will have to pay 5% of its value. But the owners intend to seek recognition of the house with emergency.
